The Buyer has the right to modify or withdraw from an order within 14 days of its confirmation.
Products purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused and in the original condition as received from NUMI hero.
As per the Law of Obligations Act of the Republic of Estonia, the return policy does not apply to custom-made products, clearly indicated in the e-shop.
To initiate an order modification or return, the Buyer must submit a written withdrawal application to info@numi.ee. The withdrawal application should include: purchase confirmation or invoice number, Buyer’s name, date of goods receipt (if already delivered), details of the requested change, and/or the product(s) intended for return.
The Buyer is responsible for returning the specified goods to NUMI hero within 14 days of the withdrawal application and bears the associated packaging and return costs.
Upon receipt of the returned products, NUMI hero will refund the purchase amount to the Buyer’s bank account within 5 working days.
