Purchase and Payment Process

To make a purchase, simply click the ‘Add to cart’ button for your desired product. Proceed to the shopping cart and select ‘Checkout’. Complete all required fields and click ‘Place the order’. You’ll then be directed to the payment link to finalise your purchase.

We offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and via direct bank transfer.

The purchase is considered confirmed, and the sales agreement is finalized upon the display of the advance payment in NUMI OÜ’s bank account.

A purchase confirmation will be sent to the Buyer’s provided email address detailing the purchase.

Orders that remain unpaid will be automatically canceled three days after the due date specified on the invoice.

It’s essential for the Buyer to ensure the accuracy of their provided contact information. NUMI hero cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of purchase-related information if incorrect contact details are inadvertently or intentionally provided by the Buyer.

Shipping

We collaborate with reliable transport companies to ensure the delivery of your orders. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 5-10 business days. However, during peak seasons or high demand, delivery times might extend. You’ll find the specific delivery time and associated costs displayed during checkout.

Once the products are prepared for shipment, NUMI hero will reach out to the customer to coordinate the exact delivery timing.

Goods will be delivered to the Buyer’s front door at street level.

Each product specifies assembly details separately.

Delivery times vary based on product selection and current stock availability. Specific delivery information is provided for each product.

In case the Shopping Cart contains items with different delivery times, they will be dispatched based on the product with the longest delivery period.

Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer is responsible for promptly inspecting the packaging’s condition. If the packaging exhibits significant damage (severely crushed, broken, torn, etc.), the Buyer agrees not to open it, take a photo, and write a corresponding note on the courier’s delivery receipt. Subsequently, the Buyer should immediately notify NUMI about the packaging’s condition.
